Return & Exchange Policy

At LoftGlow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality skincare and cosmetics that you will love! However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and exchange policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

No Returns on Opened Cosmetics

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare and cosmetic products. This policy is in place to ensure that all customers receive products that have not been tampered with or contaminated.

Returns on Unopened Items

If you have purchased an item that you no longer wish to keep, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is:

  • Unopened,
  • Unused,
  • In its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@loftglow.com with your order number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@loftglow.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items such as limited-edition products or promotional items may be marked as "Final Sale." These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

How to Return

  1. Email our customer support at returns@loftglow.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original product (unopened) and place a new order.
